Fire, Earth, Air

Play with Fire,
curl into its arms and feel secure,
take two steps for every one,
but don't run away.

Talk with Earth,
run your hands through the grass,
breathe in the smell of outdoor
and kiss the tree that you lean on.

Keep with Air,
tell your secrets to the clouds,
question the birds,
follow the wind like a leaf

Call the Fire,
Air teases the flame
burn your tongue,
yet keep it in control.

Feel the Earth,
falling between your fingers,
and see the smallest part stays
in the palm of your hand.

Be the Air,
feel the rush of the wind
watch the ripple of the water,
take a deep breath in.
